2 pkgs frozen peas 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. green pepper 1 T. butter 1 small can pimento 1small can sliced water chestnuts 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Sautee onion, pepper and celery in butter. Layer all ingredients in casserole top with cracker crumbs if desired
Bake 350 for 30 minutes
