1 medium onion, quartered 1 clove garlic 12-oz. bottle chili sauce 1 Tsp. oregano 1/2 Tsp. Thyme Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 cup salad oil 1 Tsp. salt 1 Tsp. dry mustard 3 dashes Tabasco (I omit the Tabasco sauce & it tastes fine without it) 1 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce 3 Tbl. brown sugar 2 lbs. spare ribs
In blender container put all ingredients except spareribs. Cover & press blend button. Blend 15 seconds Arrange spareribs in shallow pan & roast for 30 min. at 350 degrees. Pour off fat from pan & continue to roast 30 min. longer. Cover ribs with sauce. Increase to 375 degrees & bake for 1 hour. Basting occasionally.
