2 or 3 small zucchini sliced thinly. You can peel them if you like. 1 lb. hamburger 1 medium onion chopped 1/2 cup sliced celery 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 cup sliced mushrooms. You can use a small can of mushrooms if you don't have fresh. 1/4 cup red wine. 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. basil or oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper Shredded mozarella cheese
Put sliced zucchini in a 13X9X2 inch pan. Set aside. In large skillet heat a little oil. Brown hamburger, celery & onion. Stir in sauce, mushrooms, wine & seasonings. Spoon over zucchini. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil & bake at 350 degrees till bubbly.

I'm trying this this week. Since the zucchini is starting to come on. Sounds delicious to me, now not so sure the picky family would eat it but tough, they can have cereal. Thank you for sharing.
