Good morning, it's going to be a cool one today, I think my phone said 59*. Jeans and a vest it is. I never know the temp in my room. I enjoy teaching, but not sure if I'll do any more long term ones like this again. It was my choice, I know how short staffed the schools are and I taught 3rd for a long time. It just seems like I am not getting anything else done. Today I'll get things ready for the sub(s) while I am out, one will be in the building today so I can talk to her then as well as touch base with another teacher about something. Too, I need to get my grade book taken care of. So, that's my day. Last night I stopped to get stuff that I needed for the fall festival and that can get done on Saturday.
Need to find shoes and head out soon, blessed be everyone.

Sun is trying to come out here I have two phone calls to make today One to the oral surgeon When I get these teeth pulled I won't have to see him ever again AMEN on that Have to call my cable, internet & phone provider My bill went up $100 in the past month That is unacceptable.

Good morning.
Out and home and a load of towels started in the washer. I've watered the cacti and aloe vera. Flu and COVID vaccination today and change the sheets, then I'll get some inside things done. Nothing exciting happening.
This morning I was checking measurements of different refrigerators and found that a stupid french door is the only type that will fit in the location it has to be. That is unless I want a smaller fridge, which I do not. Even though I am just one person an 18 cubic foot fridge gets really really full. There was a 14 in here when we moved in and that was way too small. So it looks like I am stuck with a fridge and the type that I hate. 
IC, who is your cable and internet provider? Up by $100 is not right. I would call and ask why and change providers. I would be furious too.

Time to get up and get something else done before it gets too hot again. Coffee break is short this morning.

Good Morning Ladies - - - It's a cool 58 but nice and sunny, so should be a nice afternoon. I have a load of laundry going - - - I have deceided I just need to get moving, feeling like it or not. I still have my headache, and could easily hit the chair and close my eyes, but there are things here that I have ignored too long. I had gotten Dawson some things for starting school and some for his BD. Well, since I haven't seen him for either, I guess he just gets it all as a belated BD gift. Jen said they were going to plan to come up tomorrow night, so best that I get that ready. I thinking to spaghetti for supper, so we can visit better, since it's been so long and time will be short. Then I think I will pick up some apple cider donuts - Dawson likes donuts and this could be his Bd treat instead of cake.
My sleep study check up went fine and come back in a year. I sure hope I am done with Drs. for awhile now! I do need to get my flu shot yet, but will wait a couple of weeks on that yet. No covid shot for me, as they told me in ER not to get that, since I had it now.
Laurie, bless you for helping to fill the gap at school -- I know it's hard to get enough subs here also. Are you doing crafts or food for the festival?
IC, bummer on that increase - what a big jump to have at one time. Good luck with your upcoming dental work.
Mamma, I was just thinking my frig was really empty as I got out some fruit this morning. Guess it's time to get some stuff again. I ate the last of the soup last night, so don't know what I want today, but I do know that I sure am hungry now - guess I am making up for when I didn't eat, but actually think it's still the steroids in my system - I just had toast and fruit and coffee, but I could eat more now! At least it is mostly tasting good again too!

It's sunny and warming up to the mid 70's again but was 46* when I woke up. I haven't accomplished much so far today. Most of it was on the phone talking to my youngest sister. I plan start my cleaning today and I need to go back to the store as there's another funeral dinner Saturday. I've balanced my checkbook and did some walking too. It's almost lunch time and I'm not sure what that might be.

ICOOK That's a major increase. My bill hasn't got up as of yet but it wouldn't surprise me if/when it does. I'm actually considering getting a different provider but just haven't looked seriously into it yet.
GREENBACK I'm glad you're feeling better. It's been a long time. I have a feeling Dawson will be medicine for you too!! LOL Enjoy every second with the family.
MAMMA What a bummer concerning the refrigerator. I love the one I have now but in all reality, it's bigger than what I need. I probably will get a smaller one if/when I need it.

Good Afternoon....
We are back from our trip up north. Had a good time and did a lot in a short time. We were almost to Wisconsin at one point. The weather was perfect every day.
I've got laundry going and some cleaning that needs to be done.
The cats were happy to see us but, I don't know what triggered it, they got into a fight to the death roll shortly after we got home. They've only done that a couple times before. I don't know what would happen if I wasn't there to break it up. I mean, they were going at it full force and fur was flying everywhere. I didn't dare stick my hand in there to try and stop it. I had to push with my foot in several directions before it finally stopped and if I wasn't standing there, they would have gone right back at it. Now I have to watch for infection in case the skin was broken. I don't think that happened but I'll watch for it.
We are having really nice weather with sun and warm days. It cools off quite a bit at night, which makes for good sleeping.
Today marks 12 years since my brother passed. He was way too young at 53.

CJ I'm glad you were there to stop the fight! Watching for infection is important and I hope you don't get one. Welcome home and I'm glad you had a good time.
Remember the good times with your brother. That definitely is too young in our eyes. Hugs
