Good Morning....
Looks like it will be a nice and warm day today.
Teddy will be here today. I did make the pumpkin muffins yesterday, so I think he will like that. He's such a picky eater...but usually anything sweet he will eat. I taste tested one and they are good. I'll take some to DD this morning when we get Teddy.
Not much news yet....so I'll wish everyone a great day...........

It's cloudy and cool but supposed to warm up in the 70's. I am not ready to turn the furnace on! We have had some rain the past couple of days but not really much but they're saying more to come. I think the hurricane effects will be coming North. I have company coming for supper tonight and I'm trying to get everything organized for that. Not a lot going on, just the same things, coffee, etc.
CJ My oldest never liked fruit and sweets. She has learned to like some but prefers veggies etc. Enjoy Teddie today and go ahead and be "grandma". Let him have all the goodies he wants. That's what grandma's do, right? LOL
Continuing to pray for Greenback, Carolyn and Granny.

Life is about the same here today. Just spending the morning in my chair! Going to get up and see what I can find to eat shortly. I think I will make up some BBQ. I have buns and hamburger in the $freezer and it sounds good. I did get a shower and washed my hair yesterday, then drove 5 blocks to a church having a drive through meal and picked up supper. It tasted good tome. Was going to get an order at KS, but haven't done it. Tomorrow I go back to the Dr.qq

Well, Teddy wouldn't eat the muffin. He wouldn't even take a little taste. So there wasn't any snack this morning...but he sure was hungry at lunch and ate all his Mac n cheese. Usually he then has yogurt but didn't want that either. He's napping now, so I'm wondering if he doesn't feel very good. He never wants to take a nap and today he asked to take one.
Greenback...I feel so bad for you. I really thought by now you would be feeling a bit better. I guess it really has a hold of you. Just keep resting and make sure to eat. Gotta keep your strength up.
Elle....My DS#1 loved veggies as a kid and still does. Teddy just won't eat much of anything. He has about 4 things that he eats on a daily basis and it's not all good for him. I keep thinking it's going to stunt his growth. He is smaller than most kids his age. He'll be 3 next Friday.
DDIL is finally on her way home from Argentina. I think she was there a month. She did get to see all her family...cousins, aunts, uncles etc. So it was a good trip for her as it will probably be quite some time before she goes back.
I think it will be sloppy joes for supper along with coleslaw and baked beans.

Christina was here again today & she's coming tomorrow She's only staying 2 1/2 hours She's still coughing some She got the floors done It really needed it. Tomorrow a trip to the bank, grocery store & I want to go to my parents grave to bring the vase home.
Elle Temp. in the 70's here too with some rain.
Greenback It takes awhile to start feeling better when we're sick I'm sure you'll, feel better soon.

I went for the injection and they put it off . so they could make sure my insurance would cover it. When I went back I was very sick so couldn't get it. Third time I had a bad cut on my wrist. So left there and didn't make another appt. Think I might be repeating myself, if so I an sorry. I will go to my doctor when I need to.  ( Think I am going home Tuesday. My Pam will go with me and we will stay there a little and come back here. We are cooking a pork loin with potatoes and apples. I will eat most potatoes n apples. We are getting tons of rain. 🚗 |

Hi all, just a quick hi, I've got to do some computer work right away. Well, the cold blossomed, but it is not strep or covid, but I do have laryngitis per the note from the dr. I could sleep right now and probably still be tired, but the MP is coming tonight. That's why I got the tests done, to be sure for him and Al. See you in the a.m.

DD#1 checking in again. Grammy has her up days and her down days, but holding her own. Her physical therapy today wore her out, yesterday she had OT and then her Bible study ladies were here for their study (they come to her since she can't get to the church too easily these days, isn't that kind of them?) so that wore her out yesterday. Tomorrow she has OT again but not until the afternoon so hopefully she will have some "gumption" worked up by then! She sleeps much of the time, she is eating apple pie right now, that is about all she has eaten today. We appreciate your prayers!
