Good Morning....
It's another pretty morning. And I enjoyed my coffee on the swing.
Teddy will be here today. DD/DSIL will drop him off in a bit. They have a funeral to go to this morning.
Yesterday we got my mom's windows washed. They were quite dirty. DH did most the work. He does a much better job than I do...so I'm thankful that he is willing to do it.
Greenback...was happy to hear that your are feeling better and that you have a new grand dog. I'm sure Dawson is thrilled with his new pal.
Carolyn...hope you are doing well. Is your DD still there with you?
Mamma...did you get your new embossing machine? How is it working for you? I'm still on the fence about getting anything like that as I probably wouldn't use it much. But if I had it I might be more inclined...LOL
Sending healing thoughts to Grammy. Hope she is feeling better.

CJ It's a beautiful morning here too I'm enjoying this weather No more heat & humidity.
I called Christina last night She still is feeling puny Don't know when she'll be coming again I told her to stay home & rest.

Good morning.
Not quite as cool this morning but it I still needed a jacket and shoes. The traffic seems to be overly loud this morning. It was quite a distraction for Mandy. Sunny a touch on the humid side and 69º, heading to a high of 93º. Next week is hot again, not so welcome.
CJ, have fun with Teddy today. The embosser is coming today, that is still one day early. I was hoping for yesterday but it is what it is. Yesterday I just couldn't sit any longer so I made one card. The cranking of the manual embosser made my arms angry. So I'm sure I did the right thing when ordering an electric one. And you are right, the embosser would really get you into making cards. It hooked me good.
A load of laundry in the washer and change the sheets to be washed tomorrow. That is all the work for me today. The rest of the day will be play and learn.

Good Morning Ladies . I'm hanging in and doing okay. Feeling some better but very low energy and very tired. I just had a call from the hospital and they called to check on how I was doing. They were happy to hear that my oxygen level was going up. Said to continue to rest and it's just fine that I have not been doing anything. I have pretty much given up on going to Dawson's party. Take care and thanks for keeping me in your thoughts.

Hi everybody, Yes, CJay my girl still here. Thank God for her. She has to go home for next week. She says she is taking me with her. Stay there a few days and come back here. Please say some prayers but several members of my family. Jane, hope all is ok with you and Christina also, ICook. I cut my arm Sunday and am thinking they may not do the injection, it may be infected a bit  I had salad, boiled potatoes and a apple for breakfast. Then a piece of pastry. Shouldn't have had the pastry. Going to get a haircut. That should make me feel better. My hair has really grown out (shaggy) since I have been down with this old back. You are all special people to me. Be back later. Sure hope GrammyOh is better. 🙏🏻 |

Woo hoo, the electric embossing machine came today. I tried it out on two cards, just using embossing folders. And they went very well. I've not yet tried it with the die cuts yet. But I'm sure that will be great for my arms as well. So far I'm very happy with the money I spent. Boy is that thing ever heavy or else It's me getting old and weak.  Oh and it's white, and get this, purple. hehehe

Hello, home for the night with one meeting done and the other should be starting soon. I knew I couldn't make the meeting in person on time so a zoom from home is what it is. The field trip went well, got a couple of things done after school but should've left a few minutes earlier as I had to get gas. Their pump was acting wonky tonight, but it beats hitchhiking! I am getting a new student on Monday, I'll get details tomorrow. It's zoom o'clock, toodles!
