Another nice sunny day here and temps predicted to get to the mid 80's. With low humidity, that's nice comfortable weather to me. I should make some phone calls to some shut in's today and also need to do some "sprucing" up. I'm heading out the door to Prayer meeting. Have a good day everyone.

Good Morning...
It's a sunny and pretty morning. Going to be around 80 this afternoon. The weather has been perfect and I'm loving it.
We got our new door and I really like it. It's so nice to be able to have the front door open and let light in. Even the cats are enjoying laying by it and soaking up the sun rays.
Hope Grammy is feeling better this morning.
Lauriet...wish I could hear those Loons. I love that sound.
Icook...Will you and Christina be running errands today?
Mamma...did you ever get a hold of someone to look at your outlet?
I have a couple errands to run this morning....so I'll wish everyone a great day...........

Good morning.
Let me be the first to say, "burr, it's chilly out there. After our hot hot summer this mornings temp of 65 is cold. I should have worn a jacket and shoes when I took Mandy out. The coffee is sure going down nicely today.
CJ, an electrician is coming this morning at 9. He is the only one that returned my call. I will have him cap off that outlet and take care of whatever needs to be done. I really wish I knew why it happened in the first place. When my regular electrician comes back from vacation I'm going to have him replace the other two outlets outside that I use. And the new outlets will be GFI.
After the outlet is taken care of I want to make a trip to WM and pick up a box fan or an oscillating one . We used to have three of them and now I just have a little fan by a vent in here. The way this place is laid out and windows that don't open I don't get much of a cross breeze so I need a fan. I bought one last year and it was a big joke, so it went back to the store. Right now I have towels in the washer. That about wraps up my day.
Time now to open windows and capture the cold air so I won't need to turn on the a/c until maybe much later in the day. High today of 89ยบ.

My DD and I went on a trip yesterday.
We met her DH. He brought her some things
and med., she needed.
I used the smallest walker I have.
Only got out of the car once at the rest area.
It was a longer walk than I realized. But,
actually did good.
We did get off the beaten path due to traffic
backup but I was able for us to find our way.
It is raining this morning. We planned to go
Out to the stores (I would just ride along)
May wait until tomorrow. Since it is raining.
Hope you are so doing well.

Good Morning Ladies. I lost my almost done post, but I went to Dr yesterday and tested positive for covid. I'm on the mend now, so on my way to recovery. I will try to come back later.

Got my errands done, just finished lunch and DH is washing the windows on the outside.
Greenback...oh no....hope you recover quickly.
Carolyn...glad to hear you got out and about. And glad you did well on the longer walk than you thought.

The electrician was an hour early but at least I was dressed. hehehe He told me that the faulty GFI could have caused a bad fire. I'm so thankful that God protected us and our home from what would have sent me over the edge. Andrew capped that outlet and reassured me I'm safe. Tears flowed with relief and thankful for the grace God gave me even though I am so undeserving. Needless to say the other two outside outlets will be replaced as well. Oh, and I even got a nice senior discount.
After all that I headed to WM and got a box fan. They weren't too busy and I was happy cuz I forgot my mask in the car. Stupid move. I now have one in my purse. Thankfully I don't forget very often anymore. As long as I was there I picked up some things to make Six Week Muffins. I've been really hungry for them. And the mixture, as well as the muffins freeze well.
Lunch is done, towels dry and put away, now to do the dishes. I have an idea for a card so I may see how that goes. No embossing just a unique fold I want to figure out.
Jane, I had a feeling that you had COVID. I hope you get well quickly. (((HUGS)))

CJ, I should take advantage of this nice day and wash some windows too. But I'm too lazy and I don't like ladders.
Carolyn, it was nice to hear that you walked well and enjoyed the trip.

Christina called this morning She sounded awful She's sick with a cold. Her son & DM too I told her not to come My best friend Julie comes on Tuesdays I called her & asked her if she could bring me to my Drs. appt. She said yes so that is done for six months.
Elle The urologist wanted to do surgery on me for the over active bladder I have I said no I've lived with it this long I can live with it
Jane I'm so sorry you have to deal with Covid now Take it easy & rest.

ICOOK Poor Christina, she has really had a lot of illness lately. I hope she gets better soon and will stay healthy. You know all you've been through, and you will make the right decision concerning the bladder. There comes a time when we say "enough is enough." LOL

Hi again! Home for the night and I've been through the shower and started the washer. The new episode of Only Murders inn the Building is on, a new episode drops every Tuesday. The Yeti went to get his dad to take him to their township meeting, they'll be home later. Tomorrow night is church and Thursday is a field trip for school. I got the groceries put away and just had a sandwich for dinner, I ate lunch at school and am not really hungry. I've got to call Al, the night is mine otherwise.
