I'm making stuffed peppers again today Won't be long & I won't be making them Summer veggies are almost over

Just saying hello. I had a bad night up and down and up and down.so painful to get up.
Have any of you ever had injections in your back?
Girls are here until tomorrow.
Dreading so much when they leave.
