Good Morning....
It's a little on the gray side right now but suppose to be sunny in a bit.
I'm going along with DH to take his mom to her Dr appt this morning. DBIL had something he had to do, so I volunteered to assist. We will be there early as we know she hasn't been getting up like she is suppose to in the morning. She seems to be slipping back to her old ways.
DD told me Penny missed Teddy while they were away on their "girl" weekend. Just like Teddy missed her while he was at my house Saturday.
Not much happening yet. So I'll say....Have a great Day!

Good morning all. It's a pretty sunrise this morning. It looks a bit hazy, I wonder if there are still fires in Canada causing that? The Yeti got in about 9:00 last night and left again this morning before 7:30 and the plan is for his dad to start dialysis today. He had a restless night, I would imagine that the transfer was a bit rough for someone who has been in the hospital for over a week, so hopefully these treatments will get him going in the right direction. Today is a meeting that I need to get ready for and then back home to get other things done. I still need to remake the beds for the company coming this weekend, I'm holding off until my hands clear up a bit, still pretty itchy, especially between my fingers. I was gifted with another pair of shorts to fix, he puts so much stuff in his pockets that they pull on the corners. If my ambition was as powerful as my to-do list I could move mountains! Help yourselves to coffee and fruit. The picture is sunrise on Bass Lake. If it had audio, you could hear the Kravitz ladies all-star 'rasslin' for their morning exercise. There are geese honking away too. Blessed be.

Tomorrow and the next couple days it's going to be In the 50s I love the seasons, but I am a cold natured person so I dread the real cold. I'm still hurting so holding ice on my back. The baby may get to come and visit me today I love seeing him even though I can't hold him. I feel like I could go back to sleep. But I know I need to stay up for a while. You all take care I'll be back later.

Good morning Out and back in a quick minute. Not very nice and only getting worse as the day goes on. But such is the life in the desert, huh, can't do anything about it no matter where you live. hehehe It is what it is.
Pretty picture Laurie. Best of luck with MIL today, CJ. Carolyn, I pray that your back gets better pretty darn soon. {{{HUGS}}} IC, I'm wondering if I will get the dusting done today. I have yet to get the freezer straightened out. A good surge of energy would really be nice.
Some ironing, dusting and freezer reorg today. Not sure what, if any of it will get done. This morning I at least got the outside cacti all watered. I"ll be making some sloppy joes for supper and hope to make enough for the freezer too. When I decide to cook I like to make enough for later. But it's not often I cook anymore.

Finally got the upright freezer organized. When did I buy chicken breasts and what for? Yuck. Oh well, they aren't outdated so I'll keep them for soup. Mandy will eat the meat I pick out of the soup. hehehe The 5 pieces of ironing are done, garbage out, sloppy joes made, some in the freezer and some eaten for lunch. Now to tackle a pile of dishes and clean the kitchen counters well. It was a good thing I checked the softerner too. The salt had gotten hard packed so I had to really work to loosen it up and while in the bright sun too yet. But it should be good when it softens tonight now. I had put too much salt in and that can cause problems.
I'm really having issues with power surges and night sweats lately. I just want to crawl out of my body and land in the freezer. Sitting and doing nothing and I will bead like there is no tomorrow. Menopause so late in my life? It was never this bad when I was younger, it was not good but OMG, it's really bad now. I'll run out of clothes in three days. Soon I'll need to lock the doors close the window blinds and get down to "basics". LOL
Okay, the dishes aren't washing themselves and Mandy can't reach the sink so I better get back to work.

Good Morning Ladies - - - I've been up since 8, but just getting here. It's a nice day at 74 and sunny, but the breeze blowing through here is cool. I've already had a little snooze. Even after my mostly sleepless night Sat. night, I didn't get a nap in yesterday and then couldn't get to sleep again last night. After being up and down a few times, I did finally get some rest after 3:30 or so this morning, so my tail was dragging this morning. Yesterday, my friend stopped with a little ham that she had baked, so last night, I had a hot ham sandwich. Supper was late as Jen called on her way back to SD and talked for almost 2 hours to make the trip go faster. Always good to catch up with what is happening with them, as I am trying hard not to bother them now, while they are so busy. They will make another trip with both vehicles and the trailer either tomorrow night or Wed. morning, as they have meet the teacher night at Dawson's school Wed. night. I think they will stay there then until the weekend as Dawson start school on Friday. CJ, hope the Dr. appt went well and she was up when you got there today! Cute that Penny lo missed Teddy! Laurie, I hope your hands and where ever else the rash is, will clear up soon! Beautiful morning on the lake! IC, have no fear - you will never be all caught up on household chores - - just a fact of life.
Carolyn, so sorry that you are still having all of that pain. I sure hope they can come up with some solution for you - in the mean time, enjoy your little man. Mamma, nice to get those plants watered early in the day - - I don't know why, but I don't make sloppy Joe's often, even though I like them and they are handy to have. Grammy, I hope you have warmed up some, but I know, when you are chilled, it's hard, and it's also hard to get warmed up when we can't move around like we use to. I'm sure your DD is looking forward to the end of the school year, when it's just getting ready to start. That's a big move in her life and it will be here before she knows it.
