3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3 cups granulated sugar
8 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups of oil or butter ( I use melted
Butter )
Beat the butter with the sugar. Then add the
eggs one at a time.
Beat well. Then add flour in increments.
Bake on preheated 300 oven for
90 minutes.
This makes a big cake and is so delicious.
Probably many calories but who is counting when
it comes to cake
I freeze it and it stays cold but doesn't freeze.
