Good morning, getting ready to head in for two days of K, they are doing beginning of the year assessments, so it'll be kind of interesting. Thurs and Fri are in music. I also need to clear up a question about my schedule. Yesterday took a few turns from simply canning stewed tomatoes to a trip to town to get someone to look at #2's car (why he didn't call first???) then a stop at the Amish greenhouse for some more peppers to making it into salsa. So, after getting it all going and in a stockpot off I went to a History Center meeting. When I got home the Yeti said he'd just stirred it, but it probably needed it again, glad I stirred it as any longer it would've scorched. That'll get canned when I get back today. We've got company this weekend, so I'll need to get a few things off of my to-do list. Better get dressed though, since it isn't PJ day. Blessed be everyone!

Good Morning Ladies -- It's a chilly 54 and cloudy - Almost need a light here. I have had breakfast, egg salad on toast, and working on my coffee. When it's gone, it will be into the shower - that will be cool, coming out of there. I am going to the funeral at church, and then one to the dental appt.
Laurie, is # 2 home now? You have a busy schedule with the canning and class rooms.

We had a rain along with thunder earlier.
My DS and the little one came to visit me. He
Is growing so fast. Almost 6 months already,
I have leftovers for today.
Supposed to get a haircut Thursday.
Maybe that will lift my spirit.
I am ok, just so many of my friends n
my sister are
in poor health.

Good morning
Rain at some time last night. Not sure how long since rain puts me to sleep. Just cloudy, muggy, warm and a little breeze this morning. Not an ideal day ahead.
I've got a load of laundry in the washer. When that's done I'll go and get my nails done. I've not had acrylic nails on for a long time. So I thought I would give it a go again. Mark loved it when I got my nails done and it makes me feel good too. The length I usually get isn't very long, jut long enough to look nicer than my no length peeling nails. I don't know how some of the gals can function with one inch nails. I would be afraid to go to the bathroom. 
Laurie, it just doesn't seem like fall to me anymore with no canning to do. I really do miss all of those treats in the winter. But I don't miss all the work or the mess. Have a good day at school.
Jane, I agree 54º is cold. I'ld be in a heavy sweatshirt and long pants. But I am looking forward to cooler weather. Be careful walking today. I hope that your legs are feeling better.
Carolyn, seeing that wee one can sure put a smile on your face. I hope that the haircut will lift you up and put pep in your step.  Take care.
Coffee is done. Time to wash up and make the bed.

Good morning grannies, it's a chilly 64* with clouds and some light rain sure makes it feel like Fall. I know we will still have some hot days to deal with but summer is almost goen. I did see a hummer this morning, it probably just dropped by to refuel at the feeder and say good bye.
Laurie those home canned things will all be a treat in the winter time. Not even tomatoes to can here!
Greenback be careful when you are out today no more falls.
Carolyn isn't it good to have that little one near by. They sure can put a smile on your face and brighten a cloudy day.
Mamma glac you are treating yourself today having your nails done!
Just a dark and dreary day with nothing special to be doing. I still have 4 t shirts that need to be shortened. I did get them out, took a good look at them then returned them to to the closet!Maybe some other day but not today.
Chilly enough in here that I have the electric heater on to warm me up! This looks like a good day to spend with kindle and my blankie.

Change of plans. The dew point shot up 12º, I'm not stepping outside again until I take Mandy out this afternoon. I hung my nighties on the line and came inside more wet than the nighties. OMG, it is sinful out there. Tomorrow should be a better day to go anywhere. I've got some things to do inside that I've been putting off. Good day to get that done, unless I pull a Grammy.
Grammy, You really made me laugh. I do what you did so many times it's not even funny anymore. Wait until the mood strikes. hehehe

Today has been busy & frustrating day Christina came & cleaned the bathroom & ran the sweeper. We took Tinker to the vet. We waited one hour & still hadn't seen her yet. I rescheduled & we walked out.
I don't have to cook tonight My Meals On Wheels is a salad today. Right after Christina & I got back Delores came over & said no cooking as she was making soup & would bring me some. I still didn't eat yet. Don't want to ruin my appetite Waiting for Delores to bring the soup over
Grammy One more day of humidity then the big cool down. Only in the low 70's It's been raining off & on here for several days
Delores just brought me the soup. Time to go eat some.
