It's another lovely morning - It's 66 and sunny. I was really warm when I went to bed, but the fan was on and so not too bad. Then during the night the temps dropped and I was actually chilly. Didn't sleep the best, but that's nothing new. Today will be a full day - coffee this morning, and I will need to leave early so I can go to the hospital and greet. I'm there until 4. They came to start reroofing our house today, so probably a good day to be gone and not have to listen to the hammering. Of course, they probably have power tools that aren't so noisy.
Otherwise, not much happening here yet today - it's early yet, so that can all change!

Good Morning....
It's a nice morning. I've been on the swing and got a load of laundry going. I made a little list of things I want to do today. If I don't write it down, I can't remember what it is. Last night, when I couldn't fall asleep, I thought of the things I wanted to do and kept saying it over and over so I would hopefully remember this morning. Well, I almost remembered it all....LOL I had to think really hard for that last thing. Finally it came to me.
Greenback...so happy for your 8 year anniversary.
We might get some rain this afternoon. If so, then I have a movie I want to watch. I see it's finally a free one and want to see it before they change that.

Good morning grannies. It's a sunshine morning with the temp going to the upper 80s this afternoon but the humidity remains low and there is no rain today!
I have cleaned the patio doors but I still see some spots that could use a little more work. The doors are not under any roof protection so they do get dirty quickly. Rain will return later in the week maybe I will just say "good nuff" for this time! The morning sun is hot and shining on the doors so every streak looks bad.
Greenback congratulations for so many good years! I will add Praises to that also! God is good. Enjoy the time with your friends. You are so right, so many tools are battery powered now. Your shingles will probably be put on with staples, not nail. I do remember helping dh with roof work and it was work nailing those shingles on!! He needed help and I could do the work. I wasn't always this old and broken worn out! Lots of work but some good memories.
CJ your swing and the coffee make for a great start for a day! Wish I could bring my coffee and join you some morning swing time. That list must be getting shorter by now. My writing is so bad now, old lady tremors, I can make a list and later look at the list and wonder what's that?? Can't read it or remember what I put on it! Just have to count it as one more of the joys of mature life!
Game time this afternoon, I do have something to do today besides look out the window!

Good morning
Warm and muggy (by Yuma standards), and very little breeze. This morning I slept in due to a bad night for sleeping. And Mandy had to wait to go out until I had a half cup of coffee. She just laid on the rug under the fan and waited patiently.
Last night at 9 the three pair of capris' I order were finally delivered. Ontrac never delivers to my door, they usually just leave it on the stoop of the office for anyone to pick up. But it was actually dropped on MY porch. Maybe my forceful complaining finally got through to them. Anyway the new pairs are in the washer and boy am I glad they are in by themselves. The water is so very blue!!!! We have no cold water this time of year so the extra blue is from the warm water I'm sure. When done in the washer they will all get hung on my lines. With the humid air and no breeze it will take longer for them to dry than usual. They fit rather snug across my ever widening butt so I'll be working harder at my exercise and my better eating habits. By winter, when I don't need them, they should fit perfectly. LOL
The nachos that I made last night for supper were not so good so I had cold cereal. I'll not make them that way again. Today I'll make a taco salad for supper and eggs and toast for lunch.
Jane, The roofing now sounds like wood peckers on the roof with the air hammers that are now used. But I would be happy to not be home too. Enjoy your coffee time and greeting.
CJ, yep, gotta write things down here too. I can think of something and by the time I want to add it to my list I have forgotten. Old Age or just dreamy??
Grammy, good thing you don't come to my house. I don't mind if there are a few streaks in the windows.

just got to the Dr. There are 6 people ahead of

I stopped and filled the car on way over. And
Stopped at sonic and got a coffee. Thought it
May give me energy.
Didn't drink much of it but I can't drink it cold.
My son and the little one came and visited for a
Little while.
I hope everyone is feeling well.
It was 57 this morning.
I didn't sleep well either.
But I did get a visit from my DS and Elijah. 😊😊
Highlight is Seeing my kids.

A busy day for me. Christina was here. Her legs are very swollen & she's filling up with water. I told her to call her Dr. ASAP She didn't do much & I told her not to. She took me for my hair cut & ran the sweeper I told her not to mop today. She gave Tinker her much needed bath for her allergies.
I'm not the only grannie with sleep issues. It's awful when you can't fall asleep.
Grammy Some showers here starting on Thursday for a few days.
