Reuben Dip
1 2 oz. pkg corned beef (Budings, etc.~can use more if prefer) cut into strips 1 8 oz. brick cream cheese, cut into chunks 1 8 oz. pkg Swiss cheese, but into small chunks or shred 1 can sauerkraut
Put all ingredients into a crock pot on low. Stir until all melted and combined. Serve on small rye squares or crackers. *Is very good as a sandwich spread also.
