Ingredients:
2 pound Pork Tenderloin (I used one from the two in the package, about 1-1/4 # ...just the right amount for the two of us and we had enough left over for the next night) 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 1 TB yellow mustard 2-3 TBS real maple syrup 2 TBS olive oil 2 TBS diced dried onion 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt or powder (I used half and half mixed together)
Mix ingredients above. Pour over Tenderloin in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
(spoon juices from the crock pot over the sliced meat when you serve it.)

Thank you, CJ! I just put it in the crockpot for supper tonight. Because I am a bit late getting it started, I'm starting it off in the crockpot on high and will dial it back after a couple of hours. I had a big boneless pork loin roast, so I tripled the recipe for the "sauce." It sounds delicious and I can't wait to try it. I think we'll have a baked sweet potato with it and a vegetable (yet to be determined). I appreciate your review and you posting the recipe!

I made sweet potatoes and roasted cauliflower/broccoli mix. The sauce is not thick...just the juices...but spooned over the meat makes it really flavorful.
