COOL CUCUMBER PASTA SALAD:
8 0z. tube pasta - mostaccioli
1 Tabl. oil
1 c water
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 Tabl. parsley flakes
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c vinegar
1 Tabl. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 med. to large onion-thinly sliced
2-3 cucumbers - peeled and thinly sliced
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl with the cucumbers and onions. mix the remaining ingredients and pour over pasta and veggie mix. Refrigerate to mingle flavors before serving.
