FRUIT SALAD ICE:
2 PKG. Frozen Strawberries 1 lg. can crushed or chunk pineapple 1 lg. can apricots 1 cup Water 2 cups sugar
Make a syrup of the water and sugar. Add fruit, diced and sliced, and pour into plastic cups or cupcake liners in a muffin pan. Freeze. Remove from freezer 30-45 min. before serving.
I used the pineapple juice for part of the water. I used chunk pineapple, diced peaches, mandarin oranges, banana's and raspberries for my fruit.
