PINEAPPLE DELIGHT:
1 C crushed pretzels
1 stick butter - melted
1/2 C sugar
MIX TOGETHER:
spread on a cookie sheet and bake @ 400 7-9 mins. Stir once. Let cool and break apart.
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1/2 C sugar
BEAT THESE TWO TOGETHER:
Fold in 1 20 oz. can of drained crushed pineapple
Fold in one container of Cool Whip
Add pretzel mix just before serving.
I often just sprinkle the pretzel mixture over the top, if I don't plan to use most of it. This is so good, but it doesn't make a large salad.
