SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE:
2 cans of drained pineapple 1 c white sugar 1/4 C flour 1 stick melted butter or margarine 1 1/2 C grated cheese 1 C crushed Ritz crackers
Place the 2 cans of pineapple in a 9x13 in pan. Mix the sugar and flour together and sprinkle over the pineapple. Put the melted butter, cheese and crackers over the mixture. (in that order) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. This is delicious served as a side dish for breakfast or brunch.
I like to use 1 can of tidets and 1 can of crushed pineapple. Personally, I think the chunk is too big for most all receipes.
