OVERNIGHT BREAKFAST EGG BAKE:
1 24 oz pkg frozen hash browns - thawed 2 C diced ham or browned sausage or bacon 1 8 oz pkg. cheddar cheese 1 8 oz pkg. mozzarella cheese 1 small onion - diced fine 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard 8 eggs 1 cup milk
Put potatoes in the bottom of a greased 9x13 in pan. Sprinkle ham and cheese over the top. Beat eggs, salt & pepper, dry mustard, milk, and onion. Pour over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 uncovered. Let set 10 min. before serving.
