Information about making a mini prayer shawl - - - Knitted

This is the info about the mini prayer shawls that I saw.  I would say it's about 3 inches by 4 inches and in the center has a cross in the center of the block.  The cross seems to be raised almost like a little ball and then they connect to the next one.  I thought it may have been made separately and then attached to the block, but when I turn it over, I'm not sure if it was or worked into the block.  The one I took is yellow with a white cross.  There were all different colors, mostly pastels,  and many have the cross the same color as the block.  They are small enough that I think it would be a nice way to use up odds and ends of yarn.  Kinda reminded me of the dish clothes only smaller.  Also small enough that a person could carry it with you when you felt you needed a little extra prayer.  The verse was printed an a nice piece of card stock and looked very nice also, and could easily be done with the computer.  Here is the verse:
