SPECTACULAR OVERNIGHT COLESLAW:
1 med. head cabbage, shredded - (I think she used the bag of preshredded) 1/2 med. red onion- thinly sliced 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper 1 cup sliced stuffed green olives 1/2 c. white wine vinegar 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c sugar 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp/ mustard seed
In 4 qt. bowl, combine cabbage, onion, peppers, and olives. In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Cook and stir 1 minute. Pour over vegetables and stir gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix well before serving. Yield - 12 -16 servings.

That does sound good...except for the olives. I'd leave those out.
